The source code of BlueBrick (written in C# with Microsoft® Visual Studio 2005) is available on the bitbucket website inside a Mercurial Version Control repository. The URL for the BlueBrick repository is http://bitbucket.org/banban/bluebrick.
If you want to contribute to this software, you can do it in many ways:
- You can create some GIFs for the parts database, or improve the existing ones and publish them on the net in the way you prefer. If you want your parts to be integrated in the next release of BlueBrick, you must send me an email stating that you agree to let me redistribute your work. Then you can send me the parts you want to include in the official library, or, if you are a prolific contributor, I will grant you access to the part database also in the bitbucket website. Though I may refuse to integrate them with or without any reason if I think this is not suitable for BlueBrick. The Mercurial repository for the parts is http://bitbucket.org/bluebrick/bluebrick.bitbucket.org.
- You can translate the software in your language: please contact me for more info on how to proceed.
- You can write a tutorial: please send me the link of your tutorial web page, or youtube link if it is a video tutorial, such as I can reference it in this website.
