Now, you may have already unzip the BlueBrick package, if not do it now. For example, you can unzip it in a BlueBrick folder inside your home folder, or anywhere else you might find convenient.

Inside the BlueBrick folder locate the "linux-install.sh" file. This is a convenient shell script that can create a shortcut on your desktop to launch BlueBrick.

In order to execute that script, first you should make it executable, by right-clicking on the file and choose "Properties". Then in the "Permissions" tab, check the "Execute" checkbox.
